UFC 235 Preview! Greatest Card in UFC History?

Here we go! Not much better in the world of sports than a good UFC card, and this is quite possibly the best one in UFC history. According to UFC.com, their "best event ever" is UFC 202, headlined by McGregor vs Diaz 2. While that event was crazy, look for tonight to top it. UFC 235 has everything needed for a legendary night. From the  long-awaited debut of Ben Askren to Jon Bones Jones defending the title for the first time since his return. I've picked the best fights from tonight to give the LVLE faithful the bets that'll make tonight even more memorable. *All pictures provided by https://www.ufc.com/event/ufc-235#

Fight #1: Jeremey Stephens (+220) vs Zabit Magomedsharipov (-280)

Obviously the odds are not in Stephens favor right here. I think he has a better chance than some are giving him because of his striking ability. Stephens is a good boxer with some power and speed, but he is and forever will be known for the "Who the fook is that guy" reference given by the great Connor McGregor. Tonight is the night to shatter that stigma, but I have to give it to Zabit here.
Official Pick: Zabit by submission

Fight #2: Cody Garbrandt (-170) vs Pedro Munhoz (+140)

Love the value for Garbrandt. He got roughed up by TJ Dillashaw twice, but that doesn't mean much. He is still top three in the Bantamweight division and will win easy.
Official Pick: Garbrandt by knockout

Fight #3: Robbie Lawler (+190) vs Ben Askren (-240)
This is the disrespect special of the year. Former champ Ruthless Robbie Lawler is an underdog verse Ben Askren. As I mentioned earlier this is Askren's first time in the UFC octagon, so it was surprising to see the line the way it is now. I understand Ben is an absolute beast, but he is going to have to earn  his stripes before I put money on him. This fight could go the distance or end in the first very easily. However, I like the well-rested and healthy Lawler.
Official Pick: Lawler by knockout

Fight #4: Tyron Woodley (-175) vs Kamaru Usman (+145)
I hope and pray this will be an entertaining co-main event. I expect a slugfest for the whole duration of the fight, but Usman does have a very good and well established takedown game especially compared to Woodley. Hopefully it is a good fight with a lot of heavy hits. If the fight goes this way, Woodley wins by knockout. If not, Usman by decision
Official Pick: Woodley by knockout

Fight #5: Jon Jones (-700) vs Anthony Smith (+450)
Bet the house on Jones. That simple. Greatest fighter in UFC history. Gear up for a long title defense
Official pick: Jones by knockout
